Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

Amazon provides a 30-day return policy for most items, meaning you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

For hygiene and personal care products, items must remain sealed to be eligible for return.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, including hygiene, personal care, and disposable goods, the following items may not be eligible for return:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Be unopened and unused.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, process a return through Amazon and place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed by Amazon according to their policies. Once your return is received and inspected, Amazon will notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process.
